Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor: Oh the shame!

Okay! Man of Steel was a huge disaster. Henry Cavill as Superman? Okay, decent decision. I can't blame the actor for doing his best for the movie. However, the directing is to blame for the movie being a massive failure that it was.

Ever since the announcement of the Batman/Superman movie, everyone joined the band-wagon to find out exactly whom would be cast as the new Batman following Christian Bale. We all knew Superman would be Henry Cavill, that wasn't a secret. As if Man of Steel wasn't bad enough, Ben Affleck being cast as the new Batman raised some questions from the fan-boy community. A long time fan, and probably the biggest fan of them all, actor/writer/director Kevin Smith, quickly came to the Afflecks rescue indicating his role as Batman is a "wait-and-see" factor.

Now, will Smith come to Jesse Eisenbergs rescue as well? Even though there were Easter eggs in the Man of Steel movie, Zak Snyder's direction and cast approval has significantly lost credibility.

Credibility continues to drop as Jeremy Irons is cast as the new Alfred Pennyworth. Enough said, cannot say anymore beyond that.

Question on everyone's mind is: Will Eisenberg as Lex Luthor keep the curly fro or will he be bald? Will he be menacing enough? Will he sell the character or flop?
