Suvara House is home to the Reglator of Zala Senat and his family. The title of Reglator has run through the Suvara family since the city was officially founded. The Reglator governs his city and through his political partner, the Royal Courtier, advises and reports to the King of Zalazea.

The story starts in Zalazea.

It is the biggest country in Andruste by area and ranges from montane steppe to coastal scrub to desert. The population is just as diverse and concentrated in cities along the coast and major rivers.
