AU idea where Silco is the school English/Theater teacher and Vander is a tired father of two young children who gets roped into helping with heavy props. The meet-cute is them bumping into each other back stage while prepping and they end up learning they both grew up in the same small town where they maybe kind of remember each other but both their families had left when they were young. They both came back for different reasons: Vander as the godfather of two children whose parents were killed in a terrible accident and Silco because he'd gotten into an accident. Vander is taking over a run-down bar and two children while Silco is still in recovery (and had been close to fame before the accident, which brought him to teaching and is slowly learning to love it).
