As opposed to best or worst what's the most milquetoast ultraman

zearth, probably. he’s got a massive OH SHIT NO I CAN’T BE DIRTY attitude which results in the bad guy finding out his ~human form~ because he stepped in something as an ultra and repeated the same motions while a human

he gets dirty and his color timer goes off. he has to step in filth to save people and for a brief moment in time he gets this look in his eyes where you’re SURE AS HELL he’s debating on letting them all die

he’s also, aside from ultraman great, the only ultra to have his suit be  made of spandex. most of them have that weird not-vinyl vinyl stuff be he is straight up spandex.
