Wip for 3D Time!
I'm not a 3D character modeler, but I kind of dream of having an action figure of my boys so I'm trying my best to make one!
It probably won't be usable for print a figure, but it's a starting point to learn and gradually understand how to get to the goal 🙈
Honestly, I've only ever modeled objects, but I want to try to broaden my knowledge! I know the hair will be the hardest part, so I'll save that for last! 😆
Today I realized something. I've always been a big TLoZ fan. Since I was a kid. I fell in love with the games because of Twilight Princess. And since then I played most games and I stayed updated. Until post-BotW.
I don't like the Zelda open world games. I played a lot of BotW, but I liked the game as something different from a Zelda game. And I started Tears of the Kingdom, but I got bored after some hours because, to me, it was the same game. And what I craved (and still crave) is a Zelda 3D game. Like OoT, MM, TWW, TP and SS. And the thing is, Nintendo won't probably do any games like that. And if they do, I wouldn't buy a new game system just to play it.
Sooo, what I want to ask the gamers is, which indie games follow the legacy of Zelda 3D games? I like the top view ones too, but the exploration, puzzles, dungeons... in 3D are something else.
I know that Chibig Studio is preparing a game inspired by Zelda 64 games titled Bel's Fanfare, but the game play looks more like A Link Between Worlds. Still, it has the vibes of having a similar exploration and ambiance, so I'll keep an eye on it
