In response to your tags, guns are state by state. Some have fairly good restrictions on guns, but others you can buy as many as you want as fast as you want. Even fewer restrictions on ammo for guns you already own.

A ctivities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?
Talos is a simple Skrull and just enjoys every second he spends with his s/o. He is a fan of just going out to a diner or some burger joint for a bite to eat and a milkshake. So long as he is close to them, he’s happy and smiling.
B eauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?
Talos definitely loves a beautiful soul. Though a lovely smile makes his alien heart skip a beat. When his love sees him and cracks a great big smile, he can’t help but smile in return.
C omfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?
Head to head, gentle purrs. Always speaking in low, quiet tones. He never raises his voice when he sees them nervous or anxious. Talos will stay with them
D reams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?
Given the stress Talos has been under regarding the war, the only future he can envision is one in which he and his s/o are alive and well, together as a family. He pictures a life of peace and calm, the life he’s wanted for so long now. He wants nothing more than to share it with his love.
E qual - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?
Definitely a balance. I don’t see him constantly dominant or constantly passive. It is dependent on the situation. Typically I feel like, overall, he’s more passive though.
F ight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?
I believe Talos is quick to forgive. He seems like a relatively remorseful person, as seen when he mentions that his hands were dirty from the war. If anything I feel like he and his s/o would be arguing about Talos’s absence due to the war. Just the general upset of him being gone for so long. None of the words exchanged are meant, but after so long I feel like it would be difficult without him and emotions overcome both himself and his s/o and neither are sure how to express it so it comes out in anger.
G ratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?
Lord have mercy you open the door for Talos and you’ve made his day. He appreciates anything his s/o does for him, no matter how big or small.
H onesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?
I am sure he has his secrets, but only if he believes that keeping a secret will keep his family safe. Otherwise I feel like he is a pretty open book.
I nspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?
After meeting his s/o, he became all the more willing to fight for their freedom. Talos was always ready to fight for what he believed in, but now he has someone to believe in, and someone who believes in him and he is ready to face death for them. From being a shy, somewhat timid Skrull, to a bold and devout leader, his s/o changed him, made him stronger than before.
J ealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

I’m not sure how Skrull culture works but he is all about marriage or whatever the Skrull equivalent is. So long as he can spend the rest of his life with his s/o he will be happy.
N icknames - What do they call their s/o?
Talos would find all kinds of nicknames for his s/o. If they’re Skrull as well then I’m sure it would be appropriate nicknames for them. However if they’re human he would try his best to catch up on modern human nicknames and “slang” and wind up accidentally calling his s/o something ridiculous like a moist towelette.
O n Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?
It is easily obvious to everyone around Talos that he loves his s/o with every fiber of his being. From his adorable purring to the fact that, no matter what he looks like, he’s always holding onto their hand, anyone who sees them knows that they’re in love.
P DA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?
I feel like PDA such as bragging out kissing in public is out of Talos’s comfort zone. He prefers his alone time with his s/o and gets all kinds of blushy when they kiss him in public or in front of someone else.
Q uirk - Some random ability they have that’s beneficial in a relationship.

R omance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?
Homie is a cliche bundle of fluff and a half oh my god. Whether it’s traditions and gestures from his own home and background, or earth traditions, any way that he can shower them with love and affection he will do and he will do it WELL.
S upport - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?
Talos is the very pillars which support the greatness that is his s/o. No matter what their venture, if their heart is pure and their intentions are good, he will be beside them, cheering them on.
T hrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?
NO OFFENSE but I believe that Talos is a lil vanilla, which, I remind you, is not a bad thing. He just likes what he knows and knows what he likes.
U nderstanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?
He might as well be a mind reader because he can always detect when they’re feeling down or sick. His empathy is overwhelming.
V alue - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?
There is no comparison: his s/o is all that matters to him. They are the light that guides Talos’s days and nights. They are worth more than worlds upon worlds to him.
W ild Card - A random Fluff Headcanon.
Talos developed a love for chipotle while he was on earth and gets incredibly excited over burritos.
X OXO - Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?
Talos is a pure and absolute cuddle buddy. He purrs away like the happiest of cats when they cuddle and he loves to drop little kisses while his partner rests in his arms.
Y earning - How will they cope when they’re missing their partner?
Talos sits, reminisces, remembers his partner. He sits for hours on end, rebuilding moments in his mind of the past and of the life that he could be living now with them. He’s a daydreamer.
Z eal - Are they willing to go to great lengths for the relationship? If so, what kind of?
I mean, he’d fight wars for his love, to protect his family, all of those he loves and cares about. He’ll do anything for his partner so long as they’re safe and secure.
