I’m not gonna lie, the first thing that came to mind when you said “feminized version of Bob” was Bobbina. And I giggled. But it’s not like Bob is a hard name to call someone, anyway?
Actually yeah, it would always be like made-up versions that somehow end with an “a.” And occasionally “Bobbie,” which feels very 80′s/Jazzercise/perm/high-cut-leotard-over-neon-leggings to me.
But there was a dude in college who liked to call me Robert, and I got a kick out of that.

1. Favorite place to write.
i live in kansas city, and my favorite place to write is, without a doubt, the westport coffee house! it’s super homey–a bit dim, a bit cluttered, and none of the tables or chairs or furniture or mugs match. it’s very cozy.
4. Do you have writing habits or rituals?
you mean besides not writing? /canned laughter
not really, other than outlining, which is a pretty standard habit for a lot of folks. i do have this weird thing where, when i’m writing a one-off/drabble, i ALWAYS do it in notepad instead of an actual writing program like quoll or evernote or scrivener. no idea why!
My first choice of roommate would be Annie because ferrets are best. Second choice would be Merritt, mostly because he seems like the person I'd get along with best. Plus it'd be fun to have someone to have coffee with at 2am while we're just both on the computer not really doing much of anything. I bet he'd be really helpful catching the next bat to get in the house, though if he wouldn't be I'm much more prepared now and could do it myself. He also seems like (1)
(continued) like he'd enjoy board games night and it'd be great to have another player. Jordana prolly my third choice, so long as mess that is contained to my room wouldn't bother her. I might get yelled at for dishes occasionally though... Again, she'd prolly help with the bat situation if it should return. Not Belmont or Troy, even if they liked me I'd find them stressful, if I can't trust them I don't want them to be around. Pogo can visit, but I think I'd have a nervous breakdown LIVING with him.

You bring up a good point about Annie, I didn’t even consider her. Uh, Merritt sweetie... you might get bumped for a ferret...
(er well okay not really. Because I already have three ferrets and I need at least ONE roommate who knows how to use a toilet. And who helps with rent.)
Oh, and Merritt generally doesn’t drink 2am coffee, but he’d make you your coffee and then get himself an AMAZING glass of water (and maybe a sleep enhancer pill, ahem) and hang out and computer with you till 4am. :) If you want *mutual* 2am coffee, Pogo’s your man - but his taste in computer-related activities is a little different...

While the group was trying to blend in, my Iron Kingdoms OC Thistletongue caught and ate a squirrel in the city park. Her companions determined that this still counted as 'keeping a low profile' given her usual behavior.
