Another question, haha- how’s Yue’s relationship with her ancestor, the Zodiac Monkey?

He’s kinda distant with his mortal descendants, but Yue not only reunited him with his daughter but also freed him and was the cause of said reunion. Given that she spent a good deal of time up in the Celestial realm, did she ever spend time with him?

Pee-paw Zodiac Monkey has weekly teatime with Yue. He’s trying his best to maintain connection with the family he has now that he’s allowed to. He also sends Yue off with letters and gifts to the rest of the family since they can’t come up to the Celestial Realm often.

The other members of the Zodiac are also interested in Yue so they sometimes crash the tea time to meet with her. They’re all doting uncles/grandfathers. They’re fond enough of her to do her huge favors. Like handing over Ao Bing’s body so she can bring him back to life.
