I keep saying and saying that I'll work out, that I'll get in shape. And I figured: why not today? I need to lose 10% of my bodyweight anyways. blogilates beginners calendar 1.0 day 1 is once again in the bag. I may also supplement with Zombies 5k. Holler at me if I don't get moving 💪🏼
Officially restarted 5k training today. Keep your fingers crossed that I don’t twist both ankles again!
