I know you are just playing in the space but to offer the comics-based answer to the Jason embalming question: Jason was decomposing in his grave regardless of his embalming status as he was dead for six months before his resurrection. Because of the nature of the Superboy punch his body reverted to the state it was in immediately before his death. So any post-mortem changes (autopsy scars, embalming, decomposition) would have been undone.

So then he’s stuck with a reminder that he’s suppose to be dead every time he sees his green eyes in the mirror

After Jason’s death we know Bruce was going through an extremely dark time. So dark that little Tim saw him and went, “you need someone to watch you. You’re my child now”

And from there he kinda chilled out, he had a Robin again to keep him grounded

But I imagine after Jason resurrection he became more set on his no killing rule. Because he didn’t even know the Red Hood was his son at the beginning. Even as he committed these bloody crimes Bruce still loved Jason, right?

So even as he has criminals that are doing awful things he just can’t see them as mere criminals, he sees them as brothers/sisters, sons/daughters, wives/husbands, nieces/nephews, someone. Someone who if they were to die would leave a family behind

Now imagine a world where Bruce did snap after Jason’s death, he started killing. Then this Red Hood comes to town and he kills him too. Now either imagine Bruce never takes off that helmet and continues on never knowing his killed the child he lost, or a world where he does take the helmet off and is left with what he has done

Or in another where the Red Hood comes to town and the Batman finally snaps and kills for the first time, only to realize it was his son

Gotham reporter doing a live report

Reporter: “shots where fired a mer two hours ago in this area leaving residents shaken, but luckily no one was hurt. Police are now in the lookout for the shooter. Lex Luther owner of Lexcorps sent out a tweet seeming to make a jab at Gotham’s recent shooting, saying-

Jason: [runs up to the camera] “Lex Luther doesn’t wash his ass” [runs off]

Reporter: “oh- uh I”

Cameraman: [in shock]“was that Jason Todd?”

Reporter: “That was a grown man?”

Jason: [loops around and keeps running pass the camera] “I am not, can a dead guy run?!”

I‘m calling you out for not having the guts to give us fangirls and fanboys hot af Jason. Clearly you‘re trying to make me unlove him - well tell you what it ain‘t working. Yasmine Putri is making sure of that. Also Dex Soy‘s Jay keeps kicking butts in my dreams... Okay... he rather spanks butts in my dreams but that‘s beside the point.

ALSO: give this man a break. You‘re making him dress up in a ridiculous white suit and he‘s supposed to be a Prince of Gotham? Looks like Prince of Miami (during the 80s) to me. Seriously, given this storyline (I actually like the basic idea) it should be no problem to serve us some hotness, okay?

And Isabel? Maybe Jason had a serious thing for her and maybe they were going at it like rabbits a few years ago but he‘s not this sort of shallow and going around kissin random ex-girlfriends. He‘d rather think it over. He‘s a fuckin nerd who even over-analyzed Kori trying to kiss him goddamnit.
