I need a Batman AU where all the villains of Gotham get tired of Bruce so they just kinda, stay in Arkham.

not in a “the authorities have them all contained and rehabilitating them” way whatsoever though, more “we can’t stand Bruce anymore so we turned Arkham into a hangout spot and specifically he isn’t allowed” way

I mean like full send a bunch of villains get together and start planning to execute a “weirdly specific amount and type of crimes” and it’s actually just them refurbishing Arkham Asylum and adding new things to do around the place + they put a “no Batman allowed sign on the door”

then crime just stops

every villain and henchman in Gotham just kinda hang out and at best steal snacks or drinks on the way to go hangout, like to the point some Gotham citizens join in too just for the thrill or bragging rights of surviving being near someone like Poison Ivy.
