‎Tawakkul (تَوَكُّل) - Trust in Allah’s plan

‎Your provision (rizq) from Allah has already been written, even before you were born. Everything, including your food, wealth, and opportunities, has been decreed for you. Whatever Allah has ordained for you will reach you, even if two mountains stand between you and it. Whether it is a person or an opportunity, if it is meant for you, it will find its way to you.

‎Stop filling your mind with doubts. Train yourself to reduce overthinking. Instead of focusing on problems that only pull you away from your goals, start focusing on your growth. Set your goals, work consistently towards them, and always seek guidance from Allah to make your path easy.

‎The Prophet ﷺ said:

‎“When something disturbs the peace of your heart, leave it.”

‎Do not force things. Let them flow with ease. Whatever brings peace to your heart, pursue it. Whatever disturbs it, let it go.

Imam Ahmad رحمہ اللہ mentioned:

“I worshipped Allah for fifty years and I did not experience the sweetness of worship until I abandoned three things:

abandoned pleasing the people in order to be able to speak the truth.

I abandoned the companionship of sinners until I found companionship of the righteous.

And I abandoned the sweetness of the worldly-life until I found the sweetness of [seeking after] the hereafter.”

سُئل الإمامُ الشافعي: إذا كانَ الله يرمينا بِسهام القدر فكيفَ لنا بالنجاة؟

‏قال: "كُن بجوار الرامي تنجو".

Imam Al-Shafi’i was asked: If Allah shoots us with the arrows of qadar then how can we be saved?

He answered: “Stand next to the Archer [Allah] and you will be spared”

Some days you won’t feel as focused, as pure, or as motivated as you wish to be but every moment you choose to turn back to Allah, even with a tired heart, is a moment written for you. Nothing you do for His sake goes unnoticed. Even your smallest efforts, your quiet struggles, your private duas, they are all seen, all counted, and all held safely by the One who never forgets you.

We do not know which land, which heart, and which decision is good for us. But we believe that good is in what Allāh has chosen for us.
