Ingredients: 1/2 cup natural peanut butter. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and natural peanut butter. Stir until well combined. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Mix until smooth and evenly combined. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners. Spoon the peanut butter-chocolate mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about halfway full.
