Todd Bol’s Little Free Library boxes, which blend the form of folk art with the function of a community water cooler, have popped up in al
Cute new addition to the neighbor. On Walnut, between Eastern and Westmoreland, a sunny yellow Little Free Library with birds painted on the sides.
Number 2 is my favorite!
Bright red Little Free Library on Ethan Allen Ave near New Hampshire Ave in Takoma Park. Full community service Library with accompanying community poetry posting, doggy poop bag dispenser and pet water dish.
Awesome new Harold and the Purple Crayon and Elephant & Piggy and Pigeon Little Free Library on Ethan Allen Avenue in Takoma Park. So new it doesn't even have any books yet. :) Wonder if it will feature kids books? Built by Walltowall Woodworks.
Little Free Library challenges
Guest library! Adorable seaside Library on Cape Ann in Massachusetts. On Washington Street at North Kilbey Street between Annisquam and Lanesville in Gloucester. Echoes of the vernacular architecture in the grey mini- shingles and tiny wooden lobster buoy accents. Love it!
Cute bird themed little Free Library on little (or lower?) Eastern Avenue in Takoma Park.
Tucked under a tall holly tree, another newish Little Free Library on Holly Avenue in Takoma Park. Colorful pink blue and and black paint scheme.
Kicking myself that I neglected to bring my phone (and its camera) on my run to the Garden District in New Orleans this morning - though the stewards have registered their LFL and posted photos to the littlefreelibrary.org map.
One of the newer additions to Holly Avenue in Takoma Park, MD. Cute, classic house-matching LFL.
Final Library in our Forest Glen "guest library" series. Also on Dameron Drive, right across from Holy Cross Hospital.
Third in our series of Little Free Libraries in Forest Glen. Lovely wood library with a brightly painted and bejeweled interior. We recognized this Kelley Library on Sherwood Drive as the work of LFL builder Angie in Ozark, MO and customized by these stewards.
Second in our “guest library” series of Forest Glen Little Libraries. Cute pastel Library on Dameron Drive.
First in a series of guest libraries in Forest Glen in Silver Spring, MD. On Dameron Drive - with fabulous blue corrugated roof.
Guest library! Beacon & Oxford Streets, just over the Cambridge line in Somerville, MA. Nice little urban library on a rainy morning.
