Any repost of a non-black idol in black protective hairstyles isn't an espousal from the publication. It was posted to not forget that it had happened and we encourage fanbases to educate themselves and mayhaps help educate idols' and their management companies about the relevant past and present of the protective hairstyles arising from the black community. With regards YGIG, it seems like their management put some idols in appropriative braids for one concept for the MV of their single Shaba Shaba and hadn't been seen promoting in these braids since its brief moments in the MV and some photos taken that day. At this time, we are unaware if they had ever issued a statement with regards this.
