Maybe Adam's going on another misogynistic rant. Which in reality is just deep rooted fear because ever since Eve was made, he's always felt like he should be the woman. He imagining his body like Eve's, Lilith's and even Lucifer's just felt right. But on this particular day, Lucifer is over it and over Adam, so, to teach him a lesson, he snaps his fingers, and swaps his gender.

Maybe if he felt what being a woman was actually like, he would stop saying this bullshit.

What Lucifer expected was yelling, cursing, maybe Adam would play with his tits for a bit before going back to yelling and cursing his bloodline, but what Lucifer didn't expect was for Adam to start crying and hugging himself. He looked relieved. Comfortable. Overwhelmed.

Just as Lucifer was about to question it, Adam hugged him tightly, before thanking Lucifer.

This isn't done, it's just late and I need to sleep 😅

It wasn't something that Adam ever expected, especially only being married to Lucifer for a little over a year. But when he got up to go to the kitchen that morning for his coffee, there was a mothers day card and flowers on the counter for him.

From Charlie.

He's done his best to make amends and be a good step parent to her, but he also knows that he'll never be Lilith. Her actual mother.

They've been bonding and spending some time together.

Charlie: Do you like them?

Adam turned: Yeah, they're very nice thanks...... I wasn't expecting this.

Charlie: Well...... This past year has been an adjustment but you make dad happy and I've been glad to know you.

Adam smiled: Thanks girlie, I know I'm not your real mother but I hope we can be close.

Charlie: I would like that. You've been here for me the last year and I appreciate it. My real mother couldn't be bothered to even call me...... Thank you Adam.

Adam softened and was surprised when she hugged him. Being a step mom wasn't so bad, especially in moments like this.

Lilith doesn't know what she's missing.

What about all three humans falling to Hell with Lucifer and him, Eve and Lilith get into a relationship. Adam is still heartbroken about everything and goes to Wrath to live out his cowboy ranching dreams.

The royals see him iver the years at parties and things because he's close to the other Sins but they don't interact.

As the years go by, Lucifer starts pulling away from the ladies after they have a daughter together. He still loves them but everything is getting boring. Repetitive. And he isn't really feeling this whole ruling thing.

Cue a cowboy romance where Lucifer goes undercover as a (tall) imp farm hand and works on Adam's farm.

Any excuse for Lucifer to watch Adam working with the horses the same way Ursula watches George (yes a George of the Jungle reference in 2026, fucking sue me)

And yes, Adam rides them and does that hip thing- where the hips move with the horse and they kinds just- yeah.

Well why did Adam leave if it's the women who are in love together? Damn it Adam you could have had a poly square lol

please consider the prime assets being so traumatized that they don't understand love languages. so much so that they don't understand their own. so they end up showing affection to the others despite mentally seeing it as "going on autopilot to shut them up"

- coyle will make sure gooseberry has food if she didn't go to the canteen that night. he hates hearing her complain about having an empty stomach during trials, so he goes out of his way to grab a box of to go food along with his own, and pounds at her room door to let her know "this is the last time" he's going to do this and that she BETTER eat whatever he got for her. (it's not the last time but you'd have to tie him down and waterboard him to get him to admit that)

- coyle encouraging franco to jump higher to touch the top of doorframes for fun. "see i told you if you try you can reach it" offering franco of his own plate of food because franco is picky, and he'll be damned if a boy around him is going to refuse to eat. franco quickly learns all the american-brand masculine things he can do to impress coyle, even if neither of them actually say how much this sort of bonding means to each of them. sometimes franco is so vulnerable coyle forgets he's talking to a violent gangster. he wonders how franco would have turned out if his dad actually loved him.

- goose bringing coyle food to return the favor on days coyle just won't talk to anyone. she's too nervous to knock on his door so she always leaves a note from herself and futterman. "we love youuuu!" lots of little drawings. coyle keeps the notes even though he claims he threw them away and that they mean nothing to him.

- franco being hyper vigilant because of his gang lifestyle and his attempts to be loved by his old family. he knows exactly what coyle is feeling by now even if it's just a twitch at the other man's lips. so he'll take things more serious and gentle if coyle is clearly upset at something but trying to hide it.

- all of them using familial terms for each other instead of saying "best friend"

- goose distracting franco from an age regressed ptsd episode with a little puppet show. franco is so out of it he zones out and locks in to the story of "mr ducky", occasionally ridiculing how inaccurate it is that mr ducky gets so many apples from the apple store in the story despite being a duck and not needing to eat apples. gooseberry always finds it entertaining, and yes ands franco's little commentaries. franco forgets angelina again for the time being.

- all of them subconsciously huddling up for warmth when the facility is way too cold in the winter and none of them complaining or bringing it up.
