Flirty, coolheaded, sassy, and eerily bloodthirsty are the first things that come to mind when describing Judith.  Her flighty nature hides a very self assured woman who isn’t afraid to slice first and ask questions later.  Judith’s first scene before becoming a party member is getting into a fist fight with Yuri.

Judith is actually kinda hard to use for me.  Getting her aerial cancels going is something that was beyond me.  I just stuck with Repede.

Same Story, Different Heroine: Estelle as Milla

Part 3 of 6

Now this would be a bit of a change.

In the previous two installments, the change in characterization was a bit subtler - if Colette replaced Mint, the story would likely not change much. Likewise, if Mint replaced Estelle, her character arc would likely mirror Estelle’s quite closely. The three of them just respond to their respective worlds in similar ways.

Not so with Estelle and Milla. Just imagining the change in how Estelle would behave if she had a set mission is an exercise in itself. Imagining her as a based god is even stranger, though based god still gets to be a sword-toting, spirit-loving bibliophile.

It should be noted that the sequence of characters was chosen at random, and this is the strangest mashup thusfar both in terms of design and character. I like it.
