How I stuff my diaper with Pampers size 6.
Step #1: Cut off all the unnecessary parts of the baby diapers. The diapers will end up looking like pads.
Step #2: Peel off the plastic backing on the baby diapers, don't bother trying to pull off all the plastic backing where there's glue. (You'll be there for hours)
Step #3: Fluff the diaper you are planning to stuff lightly to release the padding from the plastic.
Step #4: Lightly cut a slit along the back of the diaper you are stuffing. You only want to cut through the plastic backing not the whole diaper.
Step #5: Take 2 of the baby diapers and gently slid the up to the opposite end of the diaper and place them side by side. Continue with the rest slightly overlapping the previous one put in before.
Step #6: Cut a small strip of masking tape or whatever tape you have just a little bit longer then the slit you cut in the diaper and seal the opening.
Step #7: Enjoy for endless hours of fun time.
That's the one, Ty!
i know what i’m trying this weekend ;)
🍼 oh yes 🍼
7 months in diapers!
So just last week I passed the 7 month mark in my 24/7 journey, so I thought I’d share an update on my current setup, and the progress of how things have changed for me. For my setup, I currently wear Northshore air supremes for work, and for home I’m wearing BetterDry’s or one of my dwindling AB stash (changing that up for next re-order, switching the BetterDry’s for Crinklz). If I’m feeling in the mood at home, I’ll toss on one of my old cloth diapers. For usage, I usually go through 4 diapers a day as long as I stay hydrated. I’m 100% wetting and maybe 25% messing my diapers at this point, with messing happening at home and mostly during weekends. I’m not a huge fan of messing, unless I either have to, or if I’m just too lazy to change out for a bit. I’m pretty comfortable with that for now, but time tends to change things so who knows.
So big progress question to answer: Have I lost control? No. I can say with confidence that has not changed. That being said, I’m genuinely afraid that if I don’t go out padded, I’m going to be in trouble. Kinda motivating since I’ve shredded all my undies ;P I have found it is much easier to go on the spot...but only in certain situations. If I’m standing around at work or when I’m out, my usual tendency is to just void my bladder without a thought. The only exceptions are when I start worrying about my remaining diaper capacity, then I tend to hold it and my bladder starts getting irritated by that. If I get home, I know I have the materials to clean myself up as soon as I walk in the door. In those situations, I start letting go again even if that means leaking. I’ve developed a habit of “safe spots” where I’m more comfortable with going, so I’m not relaxing in some situations. Home is my big safe spot at this point, as this is where I go during lunch breaks to change (home and work are about 10 mins apart). I’m still finding it difficult to go out for extended periods without being close to home. I have come prepared in situations where I’m away from home for extended periods, but I’m still not 100% comfortable with changing on the go. Which brings me to my 2 goals over the next few months.
First, I’m going to make it a mission to start changing at work more often, in an effort to open up more and become more comfortable with myself. I’m hoping this will help me also into relaxing more often instead of holding my bladder until I get home. Second goal is to start going out more often. This kinda goes hand-in-hand with my first goal into being more prepared for these situations, but also to deal with the consequences if someone questions me on my extra gear. So far a few people have caught me, but I’ve been able to pass it off as a medical thing, and the conversation has always ended at that. I have avoided this for a while, but until I overcome this I don’t think I’ll be making much progress just sitting at home. And that’s pretty much it so far. Any comments or suggestions are welcome, so please let me know what else I can do!
Wearing Diapers in Public - Tips and Tricks of the Trade
By @shhhhdl and @moonbathinginthesea
For any ABDLs or incontinent people out there who are interested in wearing diapers, or already do wear, it can be a very stressful experience. Stress of being “found out”, leaking, or otherwise embarrased by wearing diapers can make it a lot harder than it needs to be. Hopefully, this guide can give you some tips to make it a lot easier to be confident in wearing diapers, either for need or for fun!
#1 - No one cares.
Seriously, no one around you is checking the people around them for diapers. Wearing diapers out in public is not a big deal at all. Wearing the first time out in public can be nerve wracking, but at the end of the day what’s in your pants shouldn’t matter to anyone besides you.
#2 - Number 2
For those of us who are not bowl incontinent, it’s always always ALWAYS best to hold your BMs as best as you can. Not only do you exponentially increase your risk of being found out, you also are risking the health of yourself and others by walking around with a mess in your diaper.
For people who ARE bowl incontinent, understand that this is something you cannot help! Anyone who would make you feel bad for your disability is unworthy of your time. Wearing a diaper that is especially built for handling bowl incontinance like the Abena M4, or the Dry 24/7 is a necessity - these diapers are built to hold a mess and will do so in stride.
#3 - Know Your Diaper.
If you’ve ever ended up with wet spots on your pants in public, you most likely said “oh it can handle one more fine”. Knowing how many wettings a diaper can hold, and how to ensure a long and absorbant life of a single diaper can be the difference between a long and happy day out and about, and a very soggy, very premature ride home.
Generally, most ABDL diapers and most high-end, European diapers are going to be your ticket for all day, care-free usage. Your Goodnight will not be able to hold more than one medium size wetting without bursting, and there’s nothing worse than leaving a puddle in the grocery store ilse.
Also, it’s imperitive that you wear the right size diaper. A snug diaper is going to be much more effective than an ill-fitting diaper. Most often for me, diapers fail at the leg-gatheters, and a big diaper is going to fail much sooner once it starts sagging. They’re also much easier to hide under clothes when they’re a little more form-fitting.
#4 - Hiding Your Diaper.
Generally, there are a few things than can “blow your cover” out in public. First and formost, the infamous diaper buldge. There are tons of tips out there to eliminate the outline of a diaper under clothes, so here are some of our favorites. First and foremost, a full-length shirt and lose-fitting sweatpants or jeans can pretty much entirely shield a reasonable diaper from veiw. In fact, a diaper and a stuffer can be hidden pretty well by lose jeans, a long shirt, and a winter jacket no problem! A dress or skirt can also be your best friend when wearing out in public, but just remember that where the outline disappears, it can also be easier to see from the bottom - wearing shorts or a pair of panties over top can make this a lot easier.
Tip - if you do end up leaking in public and want to avoid the embarrassment of the tell-tail diaper wet patches, sometimes it’s best to make a scene. Spill a drink in your lap! Spilling a quarter of a water bottle will make it look like just a regular spill, and not like you’ve overused your diaper.
#5 - Have Fun! Just Not Too Much Fun
It’s important in life to learn the difference between porn and real life. It can be a huge turn on to show off a diaper in real life, and in some situations it’s fine! At a con or a munch, it would be perfectly acceptable, and even on Halloween if you wanted to baby up, fine! But please remember that others that aren’t participating in your kink should not be included. It’s a simple show of respect and decency.

CAP was something unique, and my first CAP can never be recreated. When reminiscing of all the experiences I had these past few days I can’t help but tear up, sad that it’s over but happy that it happened. I’m not gonna lie and say I wasn’t nervous at first but as CAP progressed and I started becoming more comfortable, the more enjoyable and amazing it became.
I made sooo many new friends! (I would list them all here...but I know I'm gonna accidentally forget a few and I'm gonna kick myself for it! You all know who you are and I love you all!) Each one of them taught me a valuable lesson in self-acceptance and that is something I can never repay them for. The memories I shared with these people are some that I will treasure forever!
My daddy was right when he said "What makes CAP isn't the cribs, changing tables, and nerf wars... it's the people you meet and the experiences you share in this private area where you can truly express both sides of yourself ... something none of us can ever truly get back in our homes."
Thank you CAPcon and thank you to the ABDL community.
First CAPCON ever in the books!!
Holy crap, what a weekend! I finally got to meet a TON of people I’ve chatted with/gotten to know online for over 10 years. Putting names with faces was huge! Getting to know new people was so much fun as well! Was really shy at first but as the weekend went on, I finally let loose like I’ve never had before and it was wonderful! I didn’t get to do what all I wanted, but just going was a huge step into accepting who I am on many different levels. Huge thanks to the whole CAPCON crew for putting on such a great time and another for the hotel for keeping us happy. Looking forward to next year!
‘Con drop’ is real. Con drop is that feeling of angst we get when we realize we’re leaving a place where we truly fit in for once, and returning to... real life. We wait our whole lives for the kind of cameraderie we achieve at events like CAPCON. A place where being little, being different, or
Met so many new people at CAPCON 2020… and so many first-time con-goers too. Now my feed is filled with talk of ‘con drop’. Con Drop is real, and it sucks - but keep your head up, because the next ABDL event will be here before you know it!
First time at con, not looking forward to this part.
Nice to see everyone!!
