In my mind this film's plot is that cultist vegans raise a turkey corpse to take vengeance on all the meat-eaters during Thanksgiving. The Turkey gets out of control though and proceeds to rampage on everyone.

So I hate baby yoda with a passion. Reginald (A Scamp Jeff could summon from the game Oblivion) was a character Jeff would torture at every chance. So in this they are getting their revenge by having Jeff think that Baby Yoda saved them….how horrible to be indebted to BY.
