Gender: Male I believe…unless I was lied to all my life. 

Height: 5’9”

Starting Weight: 350lbs (but the picture I was about 340lbs)

Current Weight: around 250lbs

Goal Weight: 200lbs-185lbs

Lots of years and hard work later. First picture was taken around 2010 on Instagram and the second was just taken about two days ago here in 2014. Long story short, I wanted to lose weight to help battle chronic illnesses. Constantly being in a doctors office and hospital beds suck and still do. Went from walking and eating smaller portions, to gym and counting calories, to tougher things like P90X and Insanity, and now am doing Intermittent Fasting and Fasted Strength Training.
