The Gnarled Spear-bill is an unusual and rather disturbing looking photon wing. These lanky creatures have curled, mangled growths of razor sharp metal along their necks and torsos.

They have odd hooks higher up on their wings and walk on hoof-like pads instead of fingers. Spear-bills have been observed to use their hooks to preen through their curls, likely to prevent incapacitating mats and possibly even sharpen them for combat and display.

Spear-bills have rather hollow heads that amplify their eerie calls that can be heard from miles away.

I can't even. The Bumblebee movie NAILED their designs. It was perfect blend of G1 designs and realism. It was so fun to watch. ALL I WANTED WAS TO SEE MORE OF IT. BUT NO. NO!! ALL WE GET ARE 2 FREAKING MINUTES OF ACTION AND THEN THIS MONSTROSITY. WHO EVEN SIGNED OFF ON THIS. IT LOOKS MORE UGLY EVERY TIME I SEE IT. THEY DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE HIS HEADFINS!!!! WHEELJACKS DESIGN IS SO MUCH FUN AND THEY LITERALLY JUST THREW IT OUT THE WINDOW AND FOR WHAY????????? I hate him.

To everyone who likes this design. I am sorry. I respect your decision. I am happy that at least someone can find joy in... this. But dear god. I hate him so much.

The Menders are Thalamites who turn into flora, tasked with arguably the most important job in the entire colony: overseeing the development and care of Thalamite newsparks. They are a tightly-knit community who live in the Nursery, a massive grove full of trees with pods in which Thalamites are forged in. Menders always know when newsparks are set to emerge from their pods, and thus they are always there to welcome them into the world. They are peaceful and soft spoken, and they are devout to the titan. Their community operates completely separate from greater Thalamhan; Menders never leave the Nursery, so they farm their own food and make their own fabrics, all for themselves and the newborn Thalamites in their care. They never see the outside world, but they’re content with it, always dedicated to preparing the young to find their place in it. After a Thalamite leaves the Nursery, they can never go back, and the Mender never sees them ever again. It can be hard, since they can become attached to the little ones, but they know it’s all part of their role as the caretakers of new life.

Like seriously, imagine you are the Primes facing your dreaded uncle for the first time. You’ve trained and prepared years for this. You’re terrified and grappling with the very real and likely possibility that this dude is going to kill you. And the first sight of him you’re greeted with, he’s stuffing chunks of moon in his face whilst belching/farting with his entire body. What a first impression.

Lugnut’s GLORIOUS cameo in Exodus

Quote from Exodus, end of Chapter 38:

Hold up... did you say LUGNUT??

Yep, of all the Decepticons they could have chosen, the author stuck Lugnut up there with the likes of Starscream and Soundwave. It’s just so funny to me, like:

Lugnut has really come a long way, especially since earlier in the same book, he was little more than a confused bouncer.

Makes you wonder what could have possibly happened in those 127 pages that shot him so far up the ladder of Decepticon hierarchy. Well, whatever he did, TFP Lugnut is finally living his TFA counterpart’s dream as one of the elite at his glorious leader’s side. I couldn’t be happier for him XD

Introducing Antilian Bumblepuppies, as shown in Transformers Prime: Mercy! Their little back plates flap when they’re happy, like a dog wagging its tail! They come in all sorts of puppy shapes and puppy sizes. Warm colours to warm the spark!
