My heart can’t take this
“We sat grown quiet at the name of love; We saw the last embers of daylight die, And in the trembling blue-green of the sky A moon, worn as if it had been a shell Washed by time’s waters as they rose and fell About the stars and broke in days and years. I had a thought for no one’s but your ears: That you were beautiful, and that I strove To love you in the old high way of love; That it had all seemed happy, and yet we’d grown As weary-hearted as that hollow moon” ~ W.B.Yeats

Refrain.
Good night he said tiredly to no one as he began to drift off to sleep. It was 5:10 in the morning and everything he had worked for in life was worth nothing anymore when it came down to his thoughts. Hopelessly he fought the urge to think about her; the one that never was, the one that got away, the one that destroyed every plan he had laid. Perhaps the Bible was right when it said no man should plan his way. Burns was for sure right when he said the best laid plans of mice and men go oft awry. He felt like the mouse in burns poem too, his poor little nest destroyed, all he had worked for wiped away in a blinding cutting instant when that sharp blade cut through the shallow field clay. Life cut him and he was tired of it all…

One of the most beautiful songs I've heard…
That one day two months ago when it was going to rain and I thought of you.
The clouds descended upon the city bringing with it a fine mist encapsulating everything in dampness. It was beautiful, if you could measure beauty in the amount of joy something brings and the amount of sadness that remains when it’s lost…
I love circles because it can represent life and eternity.
I wrote you a poem on a piece of paper and made it into a ship. I then put it in the water and watched the ink bleed out as it slowly sank. It might have seemed foolish to the casual observer, but I did it because no one harldy ever remembers the ships that make it across the sea, but usually the ones that don’t. You are my lost one so good bye friend.
