have you ever went about your life and then suddenly armand from iwtv season 3 makes you spiral and remember what this casual abuse you went through as a child was not casual and you were kinda tortured? this year is full of realisations for me because also recently i found out what insults screaming and humiliation is also abuse like its! being verbally abused! i was standing in the bathroom the other day and thought what now noone calls me a dumb useless brainless bitch anymore. i didn't even consider it because i was beaten every fucking day and screaming was not at all that bad and then i thought how fucked up it is to beat to hit to kick and scream at your 4 year old child as they shout cry hyperventilate and beg you for mercy and forgiveness 🫩

like was i ever even loved by them? was it love? and i was physically abused by every member of my family basically. and kids in daycare also used to hit me. and in school. like for the whole school. of course i sometimes was perpetrator and violence cause violence but the further i move from it the more i wonder just how much violence i endured and how every adult what should have been here for me failed me. and of course because it was literally every one i wonder is it something in me what makes people do that?
