Truth.
I have debated so hard on whether or not to post this. I'm still working on loving myself. I hate seeing myself full body. I can't wait to get passed that. BUT here it is. I have completed Core De Force! This program is a LIFE CHANGER. I'm not exaggerating. I could have gotten better results physically had I followed the meal plan, but I made excuses & ate unhealthy foods most of the time. What this program did for me most of all was mental & emotional changes. I persisted. Never gave up. I spent time soul searching. I did things for ME. Things that made ME happy. I will do another round of Core De Force after Shaun Week. I will go full force because I want to see what more my body & mind can do!
SAVE THE DATE: June 9th! Who else is ready to kick off their summer the healthy way?! I have a challenge group starting for the 3 Day Refresh. Yes, this is a cleanse. But you actually get to eat while detoxing. We aren't starving ourselves. We are focusing on getting rid of the toxins, the bloat, & kicking the cravings. This is an EXCELLENT way to kick off the summer! The last time I did the 3 Day Refresh, I lost a ton of bloat, kicked the cravings for sugar, & lost about 5 pounds. In 3 days!! After the 3 days, we will be doing a week long boot camp hosted by Shaun T (the creator of Insanity, T25, Hip Hop Abs, & Cize)! This part will take place on Beachbody on Demand. I cannot WAIT!! Isn't it though?! But guess what, we just have to remember our why. Why do we want to be healthy? Of course everyone gets off track sometimes, but you just have to hop back on & get it done. YOU are not ALONE on this journey. XO, T

No More Excuses.
My health is at stake. I have daily mental struggles & conversations with myself about the things I should & shouldn’t eat. Every night, I’m so pumped for the next day because I am going to do so great at bettering myself. Sometimes I fail. This is my promise that my excuses are gone. This is a promise to myself that tomorrow morning I will still be excited about being a better/healthier me. I refuse to fail any longer. I’m taking my son to Disney World October 2017. I want to be in way better shape to be able to actually have a magical time with him, rather than feeling all sluggish & tired. I have got this. If you are in this same boat, wake up tomorrow & make a plan for your life. Become a better you. It is so hard, but even more worth it. You have got this too. Stay positive. Choose you.
