Hi, its me come back from the imaginary and bored worlds. So I have something to share and reflect from this day.
Burnout-Stressfull, things are getting hard and we have a really lot of stuff to do. But, we don't have other choice to avoid them. We must face them, in any kind of rollercoaster situation.
Simply, I just imagine how strong the immunity of our body to healing the "drop condition" in a day. Bahkan kurang dari sehari kondisinya jauh lebih baik. Apakah hal itu karena positivity vibes? Or berprasangka baik dan menghadapi ujian dengan sebaik mungkin?
Maybe, I just too often thinking that I can't manage something. Or blaming the worst condition that make my feeling unmotivated to do anything stuff. But, when we realized that we have control it will be a solution!
I will try to see problem of my mine like that, I want to try harder and comprehend the materials in terms of driving by my curiosity. This is a relief, so I want to grateful with them that give me a chance to study.
Also, I thinking of how about I can commitment to be a learner after not attend the school anymore? So, build the habits is the key. Set goals now and doing some experiment, don't forget to journaling and evaluating too.
