Cheerful Japan from Aliexpress
I have been eyeing this figure for years… YEARS… but never bought it as it never really had reviews.
HOWEVER, time has come!
As you can see, I will be reviewing Mikazuki cheerful Japan ver. nendoroid bootleg.

♦ Packaging:
Nendoroid was packaged in a cardboard box, bunch of bubble wrap and shipping wrap on the box.
Some of the pieces were taped together or to the bag. Pretty nice as no parts got lost.
♦ Figure
Outright the figure was really dusty and it even shows in first photos taken of him.
It does have paint issues here and there. Worst are on one sleeve and the hair.
However, once cleaned up. It does seem like a decent enough bootleg nendoroid.
Some parts are rather detailed.
On the surprising part, all of the pieces fit and come apart as they would on the original figure. Sword top can be removed from the holster, stand and hands fit neatly.
Overall, if it wasn’t for some worst paint issues, this bootleg would be great.
♦ Bootleg nendoroid vs Good Smile Company nendoroid
1. Color mismatch Bootleg has muted colors compared to original. However, I personally like the “gold” color used on the bootleg.
2. Not fully painted Bootleg has inside of the pants that are not painted. Original has it fully white.
3. Peachy skin I’d say it’s harder to catch on the bootleg. Really need an original nendo for comparison.
4. Stand The stand is almost 1 to 1 rip. The only way I can tell is that bootleg seems a bit less polished and has see-through stand that goes into nendo back.
5. Box
Unfortunately, no box to compare.
6. Neck peg From what I was able to see, it is 1 to 1 as well. Even the “new” neck peg system got bootlegged.
Conclusion
This bootleg is not that bad, especially for the price I paid.
If you cannot afford the original nendoroid and want more Mikazuki merch, get this one. I would highly advise to get this one if you want to do custom work as this bootleg nendo so far fits with original nendoroid.
Otherwise, I would advise to seek out original nendoroid.
