I have no idea what happened with the count. It's definitely not intentional and looks like an AO3 glitch. I tried moving the parts around and now I've created two part 1s. No idea what happened there. I'm pretty sure it hasn't always been this way. The count should be correct, though, when you click into the actual fic.
