Initially, the dance was semi-uncomfortable once Byron had gone off to see his friends. She’d wanted to follow him around like a puppy because Ella didn’t quite know anyone else, and after hearing she wasn’t dressed in the right attire, the woman’s insecurities were practically eating her alive. That is, until she was grabbed by the wrist by someone and dragged to the dancefloor. It was only when they’d arrived that Ella could make out who it was. “Tatiana?” she calls out over the loud music. “What are you doing here? Well, I mean it’s an Astra-hosted event so I can see why that’d be a dumb question, but I wasn’t expecting to see you! Not that it’s bad to see you, oh no, don’t get me wrong, but… well, you know what I mean,” she giggles, still incredibly nervous about her backtracking and rambling, but assuming – more like hoping – that her (what was becoming a) friend would reassure her.
Tatiana loved these sorts of event. Actually, she loved all the events that Astra hosted. It was always a fun change of pace from her typical day to day scramble to get things done. Seeing everyone so happy and having a good time always made her feel warm and fuzzy on the inside. Not to mention, how fun it was to dress up. When she saw her friend she immediately grabbed the other’s wrist and pulled her towards the dance floor. “No worries, Ella!” She waved off the blonde’s rambling with a giggle, “You look amazing and that dress deserves a good twirl!” Tati demonstrated herself once they got in the middle of the dance floor by spinning around and admiring how her dress sparkled under the lights. “Now your turn!”
