“Yeah, but some of your demands are more fun than others,” he reminded her. “Like if you wanted to demand that I get naked again, I wouldn’t complain even a little bit. I’d be so fuckin’ obedient, your head would spin.”

He closed his eyes and leaned back when he felt her teeth on his back. “Fuuuuuuck,” he groaned. “Alright, fine. That’s fair. But your fuckin’ shirt had it comin’, tryin’ to get between me and your tits.” The damage probably wasn’t that bad, in all honesty, but he definitely didn’t hate the idea of her wearing one of his shirts instead. “I, uh, think I mighta ripped your bra, too. Or lost it. Or somethin’. Afraid you’re goin’ to have to go without,” he teased, half turning so he could kiss her before getting up to find her a shirt.

“I think you need to stop giving me good ideas so we can actually go get food. Fries first then naked. That’s a demand.” She did her best to keep a straight face as she spoke but by the time she finished, the corners of her mouth were already curling up. Thatcher let out a snort of laughter and pushed him lightly as he got up. If Jaime wasn’t careful the next demand she’d make would be that he went shirtless. It only seemed fair if she was going braless, right? “Don’t you go getting any ideas about ripping up all my clothes. If you want me naked, you could just say so, you know? In fact, you should definitely tell me when you want me naked. Except for right now. Fries then naked.”

“It had better be a fuckin’ promise, too. No gettin’ fries then thinkin’ of six other errands we have to run before we get naked again.” Jaime turned to pull a couple hoodies off the rack by the door, frowning at himself because it didn’t matter how many errands Thatcher decided they needed to run, he would allow it. He would drive and carry her bags and give his opinions about nail polish colors and all, if she asked him to. Forget the naked bits, too--it was just her being her that did it to him.

“You can be the hippie, I’ll be the rockstar,” he decided, putting on the faded Aerosmith hoodie, struggling only briefly with an inside-out sleeve. The other--a striped sweater he’d picked up somewhere in the southwestern US--he turned and pulled over Thatcher’s bedhead, not bothering to wait for her to get her arms in the sleeves, and finished the move off with an impulsive kiss.

“If I always told you when I wanted you naked I’d never fuckin’ shut up,” he pointed out. “But now I’ve dressed you, do you want to be carried to the car as well?”
