I still get sad.. it’s okay if you do too. Sometimes we have to release those negative, painful emotions. And make room for some abundance. Let those tears run, scream out loud, hold your chest because the pain is unbearable because your heart aches.. then breathe. Take a deeeeep breath after letting it all out baby. Now you have room, smile and be grateful and know the pain is nothing but knowledge to help us flourish. You’re doing amazing, keep pushing and cry it out sometimes!
