Since my plans for the future drastically changed I will probably have more time to draw regularly.

Is it too late to jump on the bandwagon???

Honestly it was difficult to record and edit because ... I don't have camtasia and sony vegas and these are the only programs I know how to use .... well more or less 😂

After watching a video yesterday which explained how to make digital artworks look more like traditional ones I wanted to try it out. Through that video I realised mistakes I was making, such as zooming in too much which was resulting in losing myself in unnecessary details. This was a problem for a long time since I prefer a more "sketchy" painting style instead of tiny details in every object on a painting.

This time I also tried not spending too much time on the sketch and making it anatomically perfect because it is. A. Sketch! So after a few lines I straight up jumped to painting. I made another layer under the sketch, put the base colors and merged them together. Afterwards the whole painting process was quite easy, because I was painting how I would do traditionally. It may sound stupid but I've been trying to find the "traditional way of painting digitally" for some time and was always struggling. From now on I at least know where to start and will continue experimenting in this area.

On another note there are also detail shots. I also hope I did Bang Chan justice and he is recognisable.

Actually I had finished this on the 16th/17th but forgot uploading it. Honestly I'm not sure if I'm satisfied with it or not.... The nose is nice though. 😂

And I realised the earring is missing. 🙈

This time I'm not quite satisfied with the end result. Mostly because I don't think he looks like Yugreom. Also I had difficulties with the position of his head. But nevertheless it was fun and I learned using grids is not my thing.

First pencil drawing I'm really proud of. Like. Really really proud. It always felt like there was no progress, that I would never become better but seems like I proved myself wrong :D

Happy Halloween ✨ Sadly I couldn't finish all three pieces because I got ill unexpectedly in the night :( But I still wanted to show my four OC's in costumes. The first one is Ferdinand as a fox spirit. At first I wanted him to be a werewolf for this halloween but then the colours I chose were too red and well why not a fox spirit right? The second one is Anna cosplaying Yazawa Nico because Nico is best girl 💪 On the third picture are Elias and Eli. Elias is a vampire and Eli a human. There is a reason why Eli is seemingly not in a costume but I can't tell that just now 🙈 When I feel better i will ink all three and colour them differently.

Princess Allura in water. Season 6 gave me feels ✨
