Last year one of the feral cats had kittens in my parents' backyard and one of em stuck around, but we couldn't take her in cause my cat did not like her. My cousin did take her though, so I still sometimes get to see her.

This year the same feral cat had kittens again, but this time we managed to catch her, and her litter and it looks like the mom is actually pretty cuddly, but my mom got very attached to the tuxedo (because of my elderly kitty, Oreo), and since Oreo just seemed indifferent, we ended up taking this lil' guy (which we don't know their gender? But they're a few months old now)

Anyway long description, but we're calling 'em Jasper, cause we're pretty sure they're a boy, but it still should work because their nose looks a lot like a certain gem's nose and I'm here for a double reference uwu

You could be putting that energy into terrorizing and protesting conservatives at your town hall and actually make a good material impact on the world but instead you're background checking everything the trans woman who made the amazing digital circus has ever said

The point isn't "stop criticizing indie artists" or "defend your favorite show under this post". I don't even watch Digital Circus and no one is above criticism. Literally every indie show is getting torn to shreds on twitter right now and I'm not saying this to defend anyone I don't know. The point is "someone who actually has the power to kill us all and get away with it deserves way more ire and accountability than a cartoonist and I expect grown adults to understand this"

Just a random night where I decided to turn my bed around after realizing I could fit it differently to add (another) bookshelf to my room. Its sorted by what I'm currently reading, books I reach for all the time to reread, then books i want to read sooner then books that are lower priority but still want to reread or read. The library summer program starts soon, so this'll be good for when I'm heading to the library a bunch and need places to keep things!

And im fucking stoked the shelf has just enough space to fit my CD box! (An old MCR box I got waaaaay back when Black Parade came out...I love it so)

...also an additional picture because I uhhhhh may have certain fixations yall. You know this. One i almost only post.

(I added the remixed Classics to the pile cause I have the my dear henry one but also its on a slightly different shelf that isnt as pretty (yet) and i wanted to just include them all lol)

It feels like yesterday I started this comic for the first time, I can't believe it's coming to an end...

And though it makes me very heart broken, I'm so happy I was able to see this story progress in real time

There aren't enough words to describe how much I care for these characters and what this story means to me on such a deep personal level

So I'll let my art speak for me, and hope I can do some justice for this amazing comic

When I was at the natural history museum, the fossil section had stickers on the glass to engage children - things like "Flap your arms like a pterodactyl" or "Measure your hand against the mosasaurus." However the first of these I encountered, which I found alarming and threatening without context, was a sticker reading "Struggle like you are stuck in a tar pit"

I feel like more bright colors, an exclamation mark, or a more whimsical font choice would've also helped here to indicate that it is a Fun Activity For Children. Instead it felt like getting instructed in my inevitable fate by a road sign
