A therapist who was willing to adjust his counseling technique because it didn't benefit me

A psychiatrist who does not doubt my mental illness because I come off as intelligent as well as one who loves to hear me blab about who I am discovering myself to be

Medicine that maximizes my quality of life as a human being

Video games, TV shows, books, and music that calm me down and help me cope with the stresses of everyday life

So much self love that I once wished for desperately... Is now here.
