Here is the entire gang at last! Meet team CLouDY of Atlas Academy!

Citron Pavlova - resident nerd and will fight you for rights as teacher’s pet. Overly self confident and even narcissistic, will do absolutely anything to prove herself right. Still, she’s patriotic and loyal to a fault. If you feed into her ego she will eventually believe she can rule the world so don’t do it. 

Lavender Tartelette - down-to-earth and reasonable. For most of the time she seems quite miserable since she didn’t want to be a Huntress. She is very soft hearted though and even when she doesn’t want to, will try help others because weakness. She likes to dance in her spare time and still dreams of doing it for a career. 

Dior Figgy - a blind Bat faunus but his near genius level ability to use his Aura doesn’t see it as a problem. Dior is very serious and strict with himself. He doesn’t mind company or conversation despite his overbearing appearance. If he thinks you’re picking a fight with him, he will bring his A game on. There is no such thing as holding back in his dictionary.

Yarrow Blancmange - he may seem quiet and mysterious but the only mysterious thing about him is why is he wielding a gun when he can’t aim for cake. He may be dimwitted but at least he’s honest and doing his best to be a team player.

Akira Kirin 

yes baseball feels, let the game start

Akira can mean “bright” “light” “shining” in Japanese, also one letter from the IRL persons name 明 , using it as his nick name (full name is 吳明捷 Wú Míng Jié )

Kirin : was a nicknamed made by Japanese reporters when describing his pitching ball move  “unpredictable like a mischievous Kirin”

theme color is Yellow, a combine of Kirins primary color is yellow(in the 4 beast theory if the center is added in), and with the name being bright, this oc goes by bright yellow

He is a Hawk/Eagle faunus(trait- arms as eagle talons) : based on how Japanese Reporters describe his Pitching pose “like a eagle spreading its wind wide” - the style/pose was later called as “the over hand throw”

WEAPON IS A DUST  BASEBALL GLOVEE- the dust on the wrist channels to the gloves palm, creating hardened dust? energy balls, yes, he will throw it at anything he needs to DESTROY

His pitching hand does not have any protection. over throwing does causes pain even to worse bleedings, but he insists on never wearing gloves, or he cannot feel the ball to throw

this is a reference to the defeat of KANO at the final, he threw non stop 4 day 4 games in a row, his hand was bleeding but kept on pitching therefore resulting KANOs defeat in the end

He is based off from the legendary Taiwanese baseball player// after I watch the movie KANO again laskdfjasdf

The film depicts the multiracial Kano baseball team from southern Taiwan overcoming extreme odds to represent the island in the 1931 Japanese High School Baseball Championship at Koshien Stadium (located inNishinomiya, Hyōgo Prefecture), when Taiwan was still under Japanese rule. SO, this has been a bad week

Officially, I am out of work - All temporary staff got culled this morning, and because of that, I’m doing all I can to get re-employed or get social welfare until I can get another job.

Until then, I’m more than likely going to have to do commissions. Genuinely, its a necessity this time. I’m not stuck for money at the moment but things will be tight for a while. Unless I’m lucky, which I doubt - if this week has shown me anything though, it cannot get worse. Unless I die.

I’m currently working on ideas for commission types and prices. If anyone has questions or suggestions please send them~ I’d appreciate any feedback.

So far though, I hope to do the follow types;;

- Full Body RWBY style - aimed to replicate the concept art style by Einlee and combine it with my own. Generally the more expensive type but will be cheaper overall if purchased as a TEAM SET [possibly] These may include smaller extras like chibis showing extra details/etc. 

DRAWING WEAPONS COSTS EXTRA - I won’t draw weapons without reference as it isn’t my forte - its @teamvcta‘s <3

- RWBY Style Customs - customs imply that I’m essentially doing the ‘concept art’ for your OC. Standard full body implies that I’m working from a pre-existing reference, but customs I’ll be designing the character from scratch to suit the commissioners requests.

- Semi-chibi style - the style of my smaller adoptables and of the Ishka and Kuda art. If the commissioner wants, I may do a minor effect, like how the Kuda’s ‘glitch’ - as I refer to it.

That’s all I have so far, needs refinement before I make it official. I have to keep myself busy while I job search.

RWBY Volume 3 Finale Livestream

Production wrapped today.

Barbara was blown away the second this volume opened.

They had to address that this is not the series finale again, they have years of stories to tell.

No announced soundtrack date yet, but they’re getting on it. Jeff Williams is pretty much going straight from Volume 3 and Lazer Team to something else after a short rest.

The manga is not not-canon, everything is consulted on a little bit, there’s checking going on to make sure that nothing controversial happens. “Its canon until its not.”

There was originally another fight in episode 5 featuring Neptune and water, but they cut it for time.

Monty came up with People Like Grapes soda and A Simple Wok.

The guitar solo from Freebird syncs up with the Qrow/Winter fight.

Torchwick was never intended to stick around that long, but due to how much they loved Gray’s performance, he stuck around. But he’s dead now. RIP

Jen does a great Ruby impression.

Velvet’s summons are temporary, one use. She needs to take a picture of the weapon again.

Neon is FNKI’s N, not K. That kind of suggests that she and Flynt are partners, I think the only team that breaks that rule is JNPR? Maybe SSSN too?

Miles would like to point out that this season was a joint sadistic effort. So don’t just fight him.

So many RT members were surprised that Ironwood’s metal chip wasn’t a band-aid.

They don’t know why RWBY isn’t on Netflix, but they’re fixing it up. Its coming back.

Japanese version of RWBY volume 1 comes out in the store at the same time as the public release of the finale.

Lindsay wants everyone to mail RT their Yang plushy arms so they “know what they did.”

They don’t want to explain how Adam’s semblance works. There are some similarities to Yang’s, and there are some clues.

…There’s an audio track of dirty talking Pyrrha and Jaune by Jen and Miles. Welp.

Penny’s tai chi animation was Monty, the rest of the fight was Dustin and Austin.

The second half of the livestream kind of went off the rails, in typical RT style. It was fun.

The majority of the ladies of RT find episode 11 Ironwood to be sploosh worthy. Gray did the mocap, Austin finished it.

Kerry says we’re not going to be ready to watch the finale. As a joke, but… well we’ll see. And hopefully survive.
