🎉 Tomorrow is “Rare Disease Day!” Along with Noah’s Epilepsy he also battles with 2 rare diseases; Mitochondrial Disease & Systemic Mastocytosis. Noah may have a lot to deal with health wise but he is a “Strong Warrior” & our “Super Hero!” This kid never gives up & he will not let anything stop him from his dream; becoming an astronomer & working for NASA or Space X! ❤️ Please help Noah & other warriors out there by bringing awareness to rare diseases! Rare Diseases need the research & awareness desperately!

This cutie has been a joy to foster. He gave us kisses & cuddles & he made us laugh. Friday he heads back to the ranch to continue his training with the LASD trainers. This is the hard part of fostering but we are thankful for being apart of his journey. We will be fostering another cutie while we wait for Noah's own furry best friend. 🐶Noah is also really sad to see Buzz go but he told us; "I get to play with a new fluffy boy while I wait for my own dog & I will never have to say goodbye to my own dog." 💙Sad goodbyes but great memories to keep & new memories to come. 💙🐶 Until he heads back we are spoiling him with extra snuggles, playtime at the park & a living room family mattress slumber party Thursday night with him. #littleangelsservicedogs #memoriestolastalifetime #fosteringisrewarding #wishthisboyluck #servicedogintraining #servicedog #sadgoodbyes #memoriestocome

Meet cute Buzz! He's a Little Angels Service Dog in training & we will be apart of his service dog training journey. We go to the ranch tomorrow for training & afterwards he comes home with us. I get happy tears every time I think about his graduation later & know we was apart of it even if it's in a small way. 💙 We will share his foster journey with us here. (Buzz isn't Noah's dog; his is most likely almost a year or a year. But I have no doubt he or she is as cute as Buzz!) Also we changed Noah's name to Team Angel Paws! 💜Today is "International Epilepsy Day!" Noah's first epileptic seizure was when he was 8 months old & his epilepsy is labeled as uncontrolled. He is on 3 epilepsy medications he takes 3 times a day & still battles with weekly seizures. 🎉Wishing everyone only the best in 2017! Noah's 2017 is going to be the best year ever especially getting his service dog soon!💙We can't wait to receive the news which cute dog is his. Every year has some downfalls with Noah's Epilepsy, Mitochondrial disease & his Systemic Mastocytosis. But we always talk about only the good things & God truly blessed him this past 2016! 🙏🏻 Some blessings that; 1: Noah's Service Dog goal was met in May! 🐶 2: Noah's Chest Port was removed in August! 3: His doctor gave us the great news & we said Goodby to IV treatments at home! (For 3 & half years Noah needed daily IV treatments & meds at home & he had 4 Picc Lines before he got his Port which he had for 2 years.) ❤️ 4: Noah got his MicKey Feeding Tube! (This is a blessing because this allowed us to stop IV treatments & with his new GTube treatments we have been able to keep his Mitochondrial disease more stable) 5: Noah had a full year of NO hospital admissions or ER visits aside from 2 out patient procedures. (this is HUGE since years before he was admitted a lot & had a lot of ER visits.) 6: We met some new friends that battle Epilepsy & Mitochondrial disease! Even though this Instagram is to share Noah's journey with his service dog he will get soon & raise money for Little Angels Service Dogs. 💙 Our Super Hero could use some prayers & best wishes. Due to his Systemic Mastocytosis he has frequent leg & lower back pain. His weak muscles due to his Mitochondrial disease doesn't help also. The last month Noah has had daily lower back pain which is causing him to need his wheelchair even at home & he barley wants to move. Yesterday he had an updated XRay of his spine. Next Wednesday he will get an updated NM Bone Scan of the full body & they will inject the radioactive monitors. 🙏 Please keep Noah in your prayers. Our Super Hero is truly one strong kid! 💙 This pain due to his SM isn't anything new but this is the longest it has lasted. 🐶💙 Times like this makes me think of his Service Dog he will be receiving soon. She is sweetheart & you can't help but smiling when you look at her sweet face. 💜 Today was the Epilepsy Awareness Expo! It was an amazing expo! Of course the 4 cutest pups were our highlight! It was so hard for Noah & Amelia to leave them. We saw Atom, Eve, Parker & Lucy. This is Atom here; Noah loved petting him & said he felt so soft & cuddly. He sat petting Atom for quite awhile. Who says petting a dog isn't a natural way to calm anxiety! Especially these beautiful dogs! Only the best angel pups comes from @littleangelsservicedogs 💙 Noah can't wait to get his but is waiting patiently for him or her to finish training.
