possibly a weird take but one of my favorite things about the thirteen person table with oodles of lore to be disseminated and unpacked is the way they all deal with confusion in roleplay moments. there was a moment in this week's ep where the dead body the seekers brought back was being conflated with the casket of olbalad and swords box like some kind of schrodinger's Narratively Significant Object We Left At The Theater and idk I just really like the way everyone is willing to be a little bit wrong and a little bit confused without slipping out of the scene or the moment. it's like watching waves crest and settle except it's thirteen person dnd roleplay conversations
