What is the acceptable amount of blood sacrifice to get an Icy Snow Vivillon?

I’ve been trying to get one for months and nobody will trade them for anything but legendary pokemon which is silly because they aren’t any rarer than other vivillon. They’re only made “rarer” by the possibility that...

I've given Icy Snow Scatterbug and Vivillons in the GTS, but they are those kind of Pokémon that are traded in seconds.

Biisi is a loanword from English (piece). Laulu is the original Finnish word.

I finally got all the Vivillon patterns! Now I can continue my game again! Ocean was really hard to get. So I put an Elegant Vivillon in the GTS, because I knew it's the one that doesn't get traded immediately, and asked nicely for an Ocean Vivillon. One friendly Hawaiian decided to help me out. She didn't really need that Elegant, because my sister used the same tactic and got an Ocean from her too! Sandstorm was impossible! That Elegant trick didn't work with it. I needed to use Tumblr for that, and traded an extra Monsoon for the butterfly (so did my sister). Btw, I didn't even know Monsoons are so rare, I had two of them at one point, my sister had three... (not anymore) Tumblr was also needed with the Savanna pattern. Jungle was a hard one too... I just kept updating the GTS and when I saw someone wanted to trade one for a Vivillon, not for some legend, I just snatched it.
