He was almost disappointed when the other him said he didn't' work at the cafe. But that feeling quickly went away when the other proclaimed that he owned the place.

Good for him.

"Oh. I work for Tom... I'm his bodyguard."

"okay, i like straberry things, in general, my favorite is strawberry pocky tough" he smiled at Shizuo still.

"i een have strawberry cigarettes" he took out his cigarettes and opened the white and pink box to reveal white and pink cigarettes, he took out one and handed it to Shizuo "here, i give you this one so you can smoke it, i promise it’ll taste like strawberry"

"Uh... Thanks." This whole situation was certainly strange. He wasn't sure what to make of it. Derikku obviously wasn't a clone made from magic, or anything like that. Perhaps they were just related and didn't know it? Probably not as siblings though.

Shizuo lit the cigarette so he could try it.

"This does taste like strawberries..."

"oh, well we can try to make some kind of friend day" derikku took out his phone and searched for something.

"it says here that friends like to talk to each other, so what do you like?" he said, putting his phone back in his pocket.

He didn't like the fact that the other was searching about what to do. It made everything seem unnatural. Like he was forcing a friendship to exist.

"If it's something I like... I guess milk is something."

The blond smiled at Shizuo, the face of almost beaten puppy vanishing from his face.

"i’m glad to have a friend!" he exclaimed and took Shizuo’s hands to stare at him with a wide smile "so what do friends do?"

"Uh..."

He didn't have many friends either. And even those he considered friends didn't really hang out with him.

"I dunno."

He stared for another moment or two since he had meant it as a joke, but received a surprisingly serious answer in return.

Truthfully, he still didn’t quite get how the magic worked so his brother’s explanation didn’t make a lot of sense, but he wasn’t about to express that; not that he expressed anything that well.

"I see," He answered watching him a bit more, "Do you need any help?"

Dyeing hair was something he had zero experience on, but aside from dropping off his school bag and getting changed, he had nothing else to do really aside from homework, but he was in no hurry to do that either. Learning how it worked might be helpful if this was something his brother was going to be doing on a regular basis since it looked a bit annoying to do by yourself anyway.

He got the feeling that he had missed something with his brother's earlier question. But oh well. They were already past it.

"Uh... Yeah. Some help would be good." He had no idea if he had all his hair. And it was a bit awkward to just be there, not sure if he had the dye were it should be.

"I think I've been here for an hour, trying to make sure I got all my hair done."

"Well the people I know can't be called friends because of my job" the blond answered uncomfortable.

"But you and I could still be friends right?" He said slightly hopeful.

Shizuo sighed lightly. Ah... This was a bit annoying. But at the same time, he felt bad for Derikku.

"Yeah... I suppose so."

Derikku lifted his hands lightly in defence “woah, no need to get angry, i was just happy because of the tough of having someone there for me once more in my life made me happy” the blond said gently

"but i guess you have every person in your family and don’t need one more person, i’m sorry" Derikku said with a sad smile.

Well, now he felt bad. But it didn't have to be family to be in someone's life.

Shizuo sighed, and rubbed the back of his head.

"Sorry... But it doesn't have to be family. It's very unlikely that we're twins separated at birth. And don't you have friends?"

"maybe we’re twins separated since birth" the blond said, very happy still "nice to meet you Shizu-nii" he said enthousiastically.

This guy was much too happy about something that most likely wasn't the case. It was pissing him off.

And then, Derikku called him Shizu-nii. That pissed him off more than anything, and he didn't know why.

"STOP IT!" There really was no reason to yell.

"There is NO proof to what you're saying, and it's pissing me off!!"

At least he wasn't yelling.

That sentence made the magenta eyed blond beam of happiness “are you serious? are you really my twin?” Derikku hugged the other blond out of happiness.

He quickly let go of the other blond “my name is Derikku and you?” he smiled.

It was awkward, having a stranger hug him out of the blue. The other seemed so happy though, so he'd let that go for now.

"I don't think we're twins... But my name is Shizuo."

“Okie doke.” Was all she replied with, standing up after taking one more bite of her sundae and placing the amount for the bill down. Grabbing her backpack and swinging it over her shoulder, she hopped over the fence that stood between the two of them. Glancing up at the other before raising a bro at the male.

“Well, Shizuo, since ya won’t take up my offer of a sweet treat, why not just walk with me for a bit hm? Or~ Are you too cool to be walking around with a girl.” She teased with a wink.

"Uh..."

He really didn't know how to take this situation. He could decline her, saying that he had work. But that'd be a lie.

"No... I'm not too cool to be walking around with a girl."

It was just strange, was all.

"So I guess we can walk."

"no dude, you’re the one who looks like me" Derikku said with a frown.

was this some kind of hidden camera thing? “is this some kind of camera hidden game? ‘cause it’s not funny” Derikku sighed.

Seemed neither of them had an idea of what was going on. Why was there someone who looked similar to him? Or maybe the other was right, and it was him who looked similar to the other man.

"No. No hidden cameras. Guess this is one of those cases of people looking the same."

"And it's time to leave."

she frowned. “i know that but there still glasses. just a different type.”

she honestly was a little annoyed now. she nodded at his last statement.

He nodded once at her statement of sunglasses being glasses. That made sense, he supposed.

So... Uh... Yeah. It was nice to meet you, Aya."

Why did he get the feeling that he had said something wrong?

she nodded. not really being the type to keep conversations going, she awkwardly commented on his glasses. “i like your glasses..there a pretty color.”

Well, this was awkward now. "I... Uh... Guess I'm gonna go back to my table and finish my sweets."

"well lets keep that a secret~" she didn’t really want to say cause saying that a demon was inhabiting her body might scare him away. "its nice to meet you shi~zu~o" she replied musing his name.
