This is a little homage to my main playable character in Fiesta, showing a montage of memories from the first 100 levels of playing

I'm so slow at leveling in this game that it took me nearly 10 years to get from level 1 to 100, and I still haven't reached the level cap to this day! Perhaps when I do I will make a sequel to this to celebrate

Part 2 of the comic redraws! Many of these characters have had significant redesigns over the years and I’ve generally tried to stick with the new designs for these. Also fun note - back in high school I would often run out of printer paper to draw on, so I would have to use construction paper or even paper with printed text on it as backup. I wanted to keep up the original spirit of that in these redraws too ;)

This year marks the 10th anniversary of me finishing a massive comic project I made in high school, and which I attempted to remake several years ago, but haven’t finished. I figured one small way I can celebrate is to redraw some of these decade-old pages verbatim! Was it painful to have to rewrite all that old dialogue? Yes! But was it fun? Yes!!! The story was six parts long so I’ll be posting a part 2 as well.

more fiesta content? on my blog? more likely than you think. The new content includes a creature that boots you several feet across the map. Did i get petty about that and exaggerate that distance for comic purposes? Maybe.

Happy Halloween!

This one is based on an old MMO called Fiesta Online, where high level mages can summon skeletons to help them in battle. The idea led me to wonder if, offscreen, they’re using the skeletons to help with other daily life things as well.

Last weekend my dog of eleven years, Bianco, passed away. It's impossible to put in words how much he meant to me and my family, and just how much he will be missed. Since then I've been thinking back on all of his little quirks, like how he would curl up in front of you to ask for attention, purr like a cat when pet, sat in funny ways, and absolutely LOVED carrots. I drew this as an homage to just one of those traits.
