that awkward moment

when nearly every ship in tmr series is better than n*wtmas like

thomesa - oh The Conflict and everything went to shit moment. they loved each other and cared for each other and they both wanted to save people but they quickly realized that their methods and, more importantly, people that they chose to protect are drastically different. and despite being on the other side they still protect each other and try to keep the other safe. teresa sacrificing not only her life but also her beliefs for thomas so that motherfucker could live his life and thomas trying and trying to hate The Betrayer and failing and failing because in the end it still her and hitting and beating Jason because he dared to hurt her. and then it’s still a tragedy because happy ending is too far for this world anyway. 

thominho - doesn’t even need comments but people on tumblr really need me to spell everything out. this is where true friendship stems from and friends to lovers trope comes to life. seriously, i’m not joking, the movies robbed us of good stuff (on the other hand: dates in the maze - check, thomas’ promise to minho that minho won’t be in wicked’s hands again, like thomas did everything to save and bring back minho *sips tea* - bitch, please) 

thomally - the last on today’s list but not the least ! again with the lovely mess of The Conflict. these two angst balls hated each other from the first sight and thus story began… no but seriously, how can anyone ignore this angst fest full of hatred and sexual tension with such height difference??? i don’t think that one of them was wrong, i think that they both saw the situation in different ways and acted accordingly. and then when they meet again and the fireworks everywhere and thomas being petty cunt (here goes my valiant child) and trying to beat gally and then still treat him suspiciously because chuck. and them slowly bonding and hugging in the end at the paradise. do you know how much sex they’re gonna get??? *insert smug face here*

and finally, about the bitch herself. n*wtmas … ofc it’s subjective (look, wow, i’m not even trying to act like a cunt and say i’m right and everyone shipping this is wrong) but there’s nothing to ship. they’re great mates and basically that’s it. it’s not interesting at all. newt just seems as a follower at best or someone keeping thomas on a leash at worst. i know that in the books their story is much more complex but in the movies he’s just a guy who says something vaguely oh so important or listens to thomas whining and that’s it.

but the punchline is complete lack of chemistry between the actors. like please stop making me laugh, just stop trying so hard. it’s embarassing already like with hobrien but that’s another story…
