Somebody reblogged a text earlier saying these were getting them through the night. Hope you're okay, stranger. Have another one to help you endure whatever is happening.
(I really like this one. This is one of my personal favourites.)
Vampeerz is on my to-read list for so long
I always forget about it because I'm not a big manga reader, but I'm dying to check it out
And I really loved Hungerstone! I don't want to talk to much and spoiled for you, but to me is such a great retelling and expansion of the original themes in Carmilla.
I think the only way Vampeerz could be better is if I was reading it as a teenager. Stories about teenagers don't hit like they used to (nor should they) but I would have been feral for Vampeerz if I was still young.
Anyway, clearly this is a sign for everybody out there to go read Hungerstone and Vampeerz.
And while you're at it, reread Carmilla.
Did you ever read Hungerstone by Kat Dunn?
Not yet. It's stilling on my to-read list but lately I've been mostly reading manga. Big yuri manga mood, just now. And the series Vampeerz has been good for scratching that itch while delivering more lesbian vampires right into my little gay heart.
Have you read Hungerstone? What did you think of it?
