These fried plantains I made are so good I just have to close my eyes and *be present* for a moment! Life is good. The maid cleared away three cans I left out on the counters to be aesthetic, charged me 65 simoleons and left, LOL. I'm sure we'll get to talk more next week.

My new maid starts today, and he's just as fiercely creative as I am! I could never pull off a green beard myself! We're going to get on like a house on fire, I can already tell. (Hopefully the house doesn't *actually* catch fire though. I *am* cooking today.)
