Hi! Trans woman here who’s recently figured out I’m a top? I’d always been super ashamed of topping because of my dysphoria, but seeing positive portrayals of topping has like awakened something. Lesbians are women attracted sexually and/or romantically to women.

Many lesbians don’t understand or define their sexuality by exclusion of men or attitudes towards particular genitals. That doesn’t mean they’re not attracted to women, and hence doesn’t mean they’re not lesbian. Lesbians don’t have to experience sexual attraction at all.

Likewise not every woman who is penis-repulsed is attracted to women, and therefore a lesbian. Asexual women exist, and may not be attracted to women romantically.

Lesbians are women attracted sexually and/or romantically to women.

Many lesbians don’t understand or define their sexuality by exclusion of men or attitudes towards particular genitals. That doesn’t mean they’re not attracted to women, and hence doesn’t mean they’re not lesbian. Lesbians don’t have to experience sexual attraction at all.

Likewise not every woman who is penis-repulsed is attracted to women, and therefore a lesbian. Asexual women exist, and may not be attracted to women romantically.
