The love of my life left just 16 hours ago to china to visit his family and get some business done. We're headed for 3 months of long distance with a 12 hour time difference. He called me this morning and seeing his face made my whole body feel weightless and it hasn't even been a full 24 hours yet. When you get so used to having someone in your arms or in reach you realize every second that they're gone and it's hard to imagine doing this for so long. Being without him by my side makes me want to curl up and sleep until he's home, but I can't do that. I've gotta teach myself what it means to be away and that no matter what he will come home. When he does, I'll be there and I'll leap into his arms and kiss him for hours to make up for the time spent missing him. All we will be is stronger. ✈️

I hate how someone can tell you just how important you are one day. Make you feel like you're worth the world and that anyone who doesn't see you as that isn't worth you. Then the next day you're worth less than some gum on the bottom of their shoe.
