Starscream is basically the adoptive father of my OC Omni, and he never even thought he could get attached to a sparkling before

so when ol’ Screamer does, he feels guilty, he doesn’t want to keep Omni around him, he thinks he’s a bad influence

and also he’s lost a lot of the bots he’s grown fond of, and now that he’s bonded to Omni, he feels like he’s going to lose her real quick
