I will defend Jayce until the day I die

We all saw what he did after he escaped the hexcore, he want on a rampage but clearly it wasn’t just “I gotta kill my ex”

If you look closely at his character design you’ll obviously see how his hair is messier and longer, same with her beard. But he also has a knee peace sort of device on his one leg, I think he did see some pretty bad shit in there and in response he KNOWS he has to destroy it

Ekko talks about how if it failed it would destroy parts of the undercity—something Jayce didn’t even think about. I think that when he was in there he might’ve realized the true damage it could do.

Viktor also seems to be all knowing ever since he became linked with the hexcore, what if Jayce also could foresee the further during his time inside of it?

I know that him killing/attempting to kill Viktor is not a good move, but that WASNT Viktor. We all saw how when Viktor was killed everyone he healed collapsed and started to die. Viktor became a sort of god and that type of knowledge will always change a person.

In the end, I think Jayce was completely justified in his actions, obviously violence isn’t the answer, it how else does one defeat a magical object that is slowly growing sentience?

the over-hyping of Newt

I sometimes think that Newt's death is over-hyped (is that the right term?) because he's a conventionally attractive male, like if someone like Frypan for example died the same way, or if Newt wasn't played by Thomas Brodie-Sangster, would the fandom still be as distraught?

I mostly think this because of how many Newt fans I've encountered that solely like him because he's 'hot' and are ready to jump anyone who says they won't lay down their lives for him. I've seen so many posts of people feining over him, not because they like his character, but because they want to bang him

Like it was a sad scene don't get me wrong, but would people care about it as much if a different actor was casted? I know it's hard to imagine but it's always been something in the back of my brain

I love Newt as a character, he contributes a lot of the story and plays a pretty big role, but I feel a lot of him gets squished into such a tiny box and he isn't examined enough

Harriet fanfic

I finished this on at the end of August and rewrote the first part, I really enjoyed writing it though I admit it is not top tier of excellent by any means
