I'm not a therian but pls reblog or something if youre an adult therian. I need to find more nonhuman blogs, a lot of people on here who identify as animals are children.

It's the therian flag but I replaced the colors with fabrics. I saw people doing this on Pinterest with other flags and decided to give it a shot
Black Vulture (Coragyps atratus), taken March 1, 2026, in Georgia, US
A beautiful vulture preening and spreading its wings in the warm sunlight! I took a trip to the Chattahoochee Nature Center yesterday, and there was a pair of black vultures hanging out with the pair of captive vultures held in the rehab section. They stuck around for a few hours, preening and wandering, before taking off and riding a thermal up and away. This individual was much less shy than its partner, perfectly happy to pose in the sunlight for anyone interested in taking pictures. I very rarely get to see vultures up close, but I love them lots, so this was an exciting encounter for me! What a stunning bird!

#629, a turkey vulture! they're like puppies to me.
Requests for birds are open, updates happen on Thursdays. [project tag]
Farm life is waking up and one minute later running outside pantless in the cold to save a hen from the chicken killing dog because someone decided not to count them before closing the coop UGHHHHH
Not my dog none of the animals here are mine and we rotate him and the chickens on a schedule so they can roam and forage free range and he can to
She's hiding somewhere but I think it's just a few missing feathers,I'll update y'all once she's found istfg I'm sick and tired of all these damn dogs thankfully he's the only one with that issue but it's a big issue none the less it's a good thing I can immediately recognize the panic cluck in a second it's surprising she managed to hide from him the entire night maybe this will teach her to go in the coop at night before it's closed lol
Again these aren't my animals these chickens are not friendly enough to grab yourself to put inside like the ones I grew up with (it's annoying and dumb but not much I can do) next summer I'm gonna have the time to truly socialize the new chicks and not have a newborn to protect from bird germs and will show my in laws just how much easier it can be to manage them when they actually see you as a friend
Ok forgot to update but the hen is ok,she had some tail feathers ripped out so she has a round little chicken butt and its quite funny to look at,there's no blood or even patchy feathers it looks like she was born that way oddly but obviously she wasn't

the white-backed vulture is a large vulture found primarily in sub-saharan africa; they are the most common vulture species in africa; however, even so, they are considered critically endangered by the IUCN. they have suffered a sharp population decline in recent years as a result of poisonings, largely due to eating deceased animals who were exposed to poison themselves. they are also threatened by habitat degradation and poaching. white-backed vultures feed in groups, and are typically one of the first avian scavengers to arrive at a carcass; they will feed on a variety of deceased animals, ranging from ostriches and wildebeest to domestic livestock. white-backed vultures nest in trees, constructing large nests around 1m in diameter. they have a long breeding cycle, with eggs being incubated for around eight weeks, and nestlings remaining with their parents for around four to five months. white-backed vultures are overall buff in color, with pale underwing patches and a pale rump patch. they can be confused for the similar cape griffon that shares their range, though that bird is larger, paler, and has honey-colored eyes (the white-backed vultures’ eyes are dark brown to black). efforts are underway to protect the white-backed vulture, such as established protected areas and increased legal protections in some countries, though their population size remains low.
