Sometimes i don't think people understand that cutting isn't the only way of self harm.

I tell my friends that i bite myself, and even say that im determined to make myself bleed, and instead of being concerned, they just laughed it off. My brother even TOLD ME a way to do it.

Self harm isn't just cutting. It is purposely hurting yourself.

i don't cut anymore, but when I'm nervous I will pull my hair as hard as i can to try and focus on anything. Cutting isn't the only kind of sh.

Fellow Hajar I have a question for you all!

Is your fluff forward or backward grain, as in if you pet with the grain are you goin toward head or tail? Our first head is backward (head to tail) but our body and 2 other heads are forward (tail to head)

This is important information for all Hajar to know :3
