"We're not going THAT far, Guardian."
whenever you see C#m on a chord sheet you know the musician was just playing bar chords and couldnāt resist the temptation of the most annoying chord in the god damn book
so i just noticed that c sharp minor is a bit shocking to read when spelled out in shorthand
whenever you see cum on a chord sheet you know the musician was just jackin it
every Killers song sounds like the ramblings of that one incoherently drunk girl in the bathroom and i think thatās incredible sexy of them
like, ur so right queen, he DOESNāT look a thing like jesus⦠(?????)
wait, wait, wait- WHOSE boyfriend looks like a girlfriend you had in february of last year?Ā
girlie, iām glad youāre doing just fine, but WHY were you in a CAGE PLEASE TELL ME THATāS A METAPHOR??Ā
no, i donāt know if weāre human or if weāre dancer, but my friends are leaving the bar so i gotta- dancer. weāre dancer- NO DONāT CRY

people who live in areas where there are native lizards should never take that for granted. you can just go outside and see a little guy hanging out. whatās better than that?
Whatās better is when the little guy starts doing little pushups, to impress another little guy you havenāt spotted yet. Or possibly you.
schrodinger's chekhov's gun. a detail in a story that looks like it should have some big payoff but it's too early to tell if that's relevant or if the author just has a passion for lovingly describing guns.
schrodinger's chekov's occam's razor: you find an inconsistent or inaccurate detail in a work that would be brilliant if it was foreshadowing a plot twist later on, but it's too early to tell whether the author expects you to be smart, and the simplest explanation is that they fucked up
its no longer labor day you cant reblog the todaybor day post anymore
i went into a gamestop from another reality today
What happened?
so, i only went in to get the shiny silvally code. shouldāve taken like a minute or two at most but i was in there for upwards of ten. it was deeply unsettling right off the bat when i walked in because it was quiet. like really quiet. the tv that plays the gaming news and the speaker that plays the ads werenāt running. the cashier says hello and i get in line to wait. it is dead silent. nobody in the store is making any noise except for the cashier, who is typing. sheās helping a little boy sell 12 PS4 games. the boys mom is walking back and forth behind him sipping her gas station brand cup of coffee. literally just walking back and forth from one end of the store to the other. all the while the entire store is silent, the kid is silent, the mom is silent⦠all 5 of the other full grown adults in this store are silent. and iām the only one in line behind this kid, these other adults throughout the store are like standing in one space just staring and being quiet. they werenāt browsing, they werenāt talking. nobody was making any noise. i wasnāt making any noise. i was standing there thinking about how eerily silent it was in this gamestop and wondering what the hell was going on - hyper aware of every move i made because i didnāt want to make a noise and break the silence. this carried on for literally 10 minutes before another cashier came in through the front door and loudly exclaimed āi canāt leave you alone for five minutes.ā he called me to the counter and asked me what i needed help with. it was like immediately the ambient noises of gamestop all returned at once and i stepped forward to get my code.
my favorite part of this is the implication that not only was the first cashier somehow responsible for the eerie silence to begin with but also that this has certainly happened before
āAmericans believe in big portions! Thatās so crazy.ā Look at this European getting scammed into paying for 100 calories worth of food. Fool. Idiot. You wish you could have this 16 ounce Big Gulp and this serving of rice I will eat off for three days but you canāt. Cope and seethe.
I also love watching Italians get mad at Italian American food. Youāre cranky because your hungry, arenāt you? Cranky because you donāt get that delicious olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip your bread in before meals? Cranky because your pizza kinda sucks?
Beef? You arenāt eating, I just said that.
who has that one post thatās like āamericans will lightly rib british people for their accents and brits will be like āyour children will die in a school shootingāā
He's got the power of LIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And stubbornness.

posts that make you say "mon dieu.... you have caught me...."
Bird identification is so fucked up in a really fun way you canāt understand until you get into it. For example, there is a type of goose called the cackling goose that looks exactly like a Canada goose except smaller and ācuterā. The cackling goose is way, way, more rare in most places than its relatively common cousin, so itās on tons of birders life lists. Everyone wants to see a cackling (look in any bird ID group to see lots of hopeful people posting petite Canada geese). The two species regularly commingle, so sometimes a flock of those common parking lot birds will have the equivalent of a PokĆ©mon shiny just hanging out in the middle of them.
How ridiculous and fun is that? I can never look at a big group of Canada geese without scrutinizing their ranks for an adorable little extremely rare cutie pie cackling goose. It reminds me a bit of mushroom harvesting minus the risk of death if you get it wrong
Can't quite cope with how much this looks like me and my dad

What the fuck
you ever read a gay fanfic and you can just FEEL how straight the author is
