I’m a little over 5 feet and it’s been a struggle in every kitchen I have been in because it’s like they were designed for giants.

The problem I think is that restaurant kitchens are never given adequate space so the only solution is to build up in order to fit everything you need on your tiny little station. :/

That’s funny, cuz I’m about 5′5″ and I’ve always felt that standard prep tables were designed with dwarves in mind.

Decided to catch a burning hot sizzle plate. That was fun. Closed/Opened my lowboy on my knee. Went to reposition a cazuela of enchiladas fresh out of the oven with my bare hand.
